The Emperors Old Clothes (TEOC) located in the heart of Cedarhurst, New York, a high-end consignment store specializing in re-selling fabulous luxury clothing and accessories primarily for women but also for men and children. Our inventory consists  clothing, luxury handbags, shoes, and accessories from brands such as:

We accept gently used items that are current and wearable. The merchandise is sold on eBay and in our fabulous boutique located in the upscale shopping block in Cedarhurst, NY.
Beth, the business owner has a passion and flair for great fashion. She loves all aspects of the business - meeting new consignors and cleaning out their closets as well selling the merchandise in the store - putting smiles on the happy faces of their loyal customers.

 

Our staff here consists hard working young woman who also love fashion and post their hearts out adding wonderful eBay listings constantly.
 

CONSIGNING

 

TEOC consignors are paid one of the highest percentage rates in the industry  – 50% of the sale!!! (less ebay fees).

If an item is listed on eBay and does not sell, TEOC will incur all associated costs and listing fees.

So there is no down-side to consigning. Once items are sold and paid for,  TEOC will issue a check to the consigner – found money…there’s no greater feeling!!!

HOW WE GOT STARTED

TEOC was founded in 2001 by Beth Honig. The business took off immediately and continued to expand. The current location is a 3 story building filled to capacity with incredible merchandise that turns over daily. Our list of clients continues to grow daily with over 1900 active consignors. Our customer base also continues to expand as savvy shoppers discover the amazing values they get shopping here. We are eBay powersellers with impeccable feedback which gives our eBay customers the knowledge that they can bid with confidence and know they are getting authentic quality merchandise.
